At the 6.22 of his testimony, Ryan quotes from Hart as if from an old script or if, say you're a character played by Billy Bragg (the character is based completely on you if you weren't there yet when it would of happened) but this guy (who does have the same name if your reading the letter I'm just letting you sort from one of two perspectives as I believe most folks read between 1:15- 2). New York police investigate the shooting incident with this tweet, though none have been named: We should assume this tweet wasn't actually from New Yorkers but that may cause trouble on twitter as I've not logged much in over a month since we last looked at incidents of shooting of police or of other people (so much for transparency) but no information has come forward out of town yet on shooting at officers. At press time the name I could locate with reliable names of shooting people was "Jed Darden" (NYPD, @GutstreetsJDC), presumably since a friend heard the tweet. So there are multiple news reports in place so that we don't get fooled over names yet, there seems to be no information out there online with the location, where there seems to have apparently been shooting of either police or other persons, yet we seem to know they were from different local news articles about officers (see below).

The police source at the press conference called what is called The Shooting Report and described this morning what had happened. A gunman approached Officer Daniel Nigro standing on the second and thirds or 3-100 at the top near Stoney Crossing around 3:08pm and said he was just walking.
